Many of Kier Global’s current investments are special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) actively pursuing reverse mergers and add-on acquisitions. As a CEO of Lida, Inc, he completed a traditional initial public offering (“IPO”) with Lehman Brothers in 1992. Since then, Mr. Kier has become adept at recognizing alternative ways in which entities can access the public markets, with a focus on greater certainty and ease, through the reverse merger process and SPACs.
