Kier Global LLC is a private family investment firm actively investing in Public and Private Equity and

Real Estate Investment and Development.

The firm’s formation represents a formalization of activities that have been ongoing for over a decade, starting in 1995 when Isaac "Ike" Kier sold the operating portion of the public company Lida, Inc. of which he was CEO and significant owner.  Since that time, Mr. Kier has completed special purpose acquisition vehicles (SPACs) and has successfully completed several reverse mergers.

The firm aims to increase the value of its assets by partnering with talented individuals pursuing attractive opportunities worldwide.  Beyond capital, Kier Global brings additional resources to its partnerships, including:

• CEO level senior management support
• Board level guidance, including audit committee
  
• Broad M & A  experience in both private and public settings
• Value-added strategic affiliations

In addition to operating company investments, Kier Global has also been a real estate developer and investor in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.   

A family office with its own capital, Kier Global is flexible and will pursue attractive opportunities outside these core areas.  There are no set time frames for investments, and the firm seeks to partner with individuals who have the patience and commitment to be long term investors.
